Villa Stellar is located in Brtonigla, only 7 km from city Novigrad and only 5.6 km from aquapark – Istralandia. Highway in nearby, so you can easily reach Rovinj, Pula, Opatija, Motovun and other cities across the region.
The property is located on a flat surface and has large exterior area which is completely fenced. In exterior area you will find large covered terrace with outdoor furniture, a barbeque, swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds.
Near by swimming pool we have a large badminton net and provide equipment to our guests to enjoy in the game. We have added mini-football goals so you can have fun with little ones!
On the ground floor we have a SPA room with sauna, where you can relax after spending day full of adventures!
Villa Stellar
The larger villa offers 4 bedrooms with double beds, LCD TV and each bedroom has a bathroom. 1 bedroom is on ground floor, 3 bedrooms are on 1st floor.
The kitchen is modern, well equipped with cooker, fridge, dish washer, coffe machine and all kitchen accessories. Living room is contains large sofa and a armchair. Center of the living room has a large LCD TV. In the corner there is a special cozy place for your dog.
By the pool is a large terrace with chairs and a table for long night gatherings. There is barbeque area near the pool.
During your stay, you can freely use badminton net and mini-goals for recreation!
